Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is simple and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is shipped.

Pending / Confirmed

Can be cancelled instantly from the order tracking page. No charges.

Shipped

Cannot be cancelled as the package is already with the delivery partner.

Delivered

Cannot be cancelled. For issues with delivered orders, please contact us.

To cancel, visit the Order Tracking page, enter your order number and phone number, and click "Cancel Order".

2. Refund Policy

Online Payments

Full refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation. Applies to UPI, card, and netbanking payments.

Cash on Delivery

No refund is needed as no payment is collected before delivery. The order is simply cancelled.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

4. Important Notes

Dhoop, incense, and fragrance products are non-returnable once opened for hygiene reasons.
Refund amount will be the same as the amount paid (after discounts and coupons).
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to a different account.
This policy is effective as of February 2026 and may be updated from time to time.
